The monthly club meeting is tomorrow night, so here's some details.
Start time is our usual 7pm, with the provision that none of us will likely actually turn up at 7pm, some will be there earlier, and some later, just rock up, grab a drink and we'll find you, or you'll find us.
The venue chosen for the 2011 AFARCC November club meeting is: The CY O'Connor Pub, in Piara Waters.

If you are travelling along the freeway, then you take the Armadale Road exit, head east, and turn left at Warton Road. The CYO is approximately 6 minutes from the freeway.

2011 September AFARCC Meeting
This months AFARCC Club Meeting will be held tonight, Tuesday the 14th of September, at the Morley Ale House, as shown on the map below.
The official start time for the meeting is 7:00pm, but feel free to turn up earlier (or later) than that, as these meetings are primarily social events and the administrative side of the night will be taken care of once we're happy that everyone that is coming is present.
Please note that the Morley Ale House does have a 'no split billing' policy, so you may need cash on hand to pay the bill (last time we split up into several smaller tables, and that worked ok).
Also, this will probably be the second last indoor AFARCC meeting for a few months, as with the warmer weather coming along, we'll start looking at outdoor venues for more BBQ's in the parks around Perth. With this in mind, we'd suggest all members keep an eye out for suitable venues in their travels and let the committee know if they find somewhere that fits the bill.

2011 August Meeting and Track Day Pre-Event Briefing
This months All Fours and Rotaries club meeting is being held a week earlier than usual, in order to include a pre-event briefing for this weekends track day at Wanneroo Raceway.
The meeting is being held tonight, the 2nd of August, at Wheels World, number 4A Carbon Court in Osborne Park, and will kick off at 7:30pm. The event scrutineers and some of the instructors will be on hand to answer your questions about the track day. If you have any questions about the suitability of your vehicle, then we strongly suggest that you bring your car down to the meeting tonight in order to get some answer while you still have some time to rectify any issues. For example, we have had a couple of questions about bolt in cages, these are allowed at the track day provided they are not considered unsafe by the scrutineers. This would be a perfect opportunity to have the cage checked by a scrutineer while there is still plenty of time to remove it or make some changes if required.
While on the topic of the track day, we currently have 3 spots available and 2 more positions that have not yet been paid for (and will become available if they are not paid for very soon), so if you haven't booked a spot at Wanneroo, you do still have a chance. Check out the forum, email the committee and book your spot now!

AFARCC AGM and July Club Meeting
This months All Fours and Rotaries club meeting is also the annual AGM, and will be held at the Gosnells Hotel, at the corner of Fremantle Road and Albany Highway, in Gosnells.
The meeting is set to start around 7pm, but as is fairly normal with our club meetings, this is fairly flexible. We have a room set aside inside the pub, near the Ogdens restaurant, and meals are available.
We hope to see you all there.

2011 May Club Meeting
The venue for this months club meeting was suggested by long time club member, instructor and committee member Franz, and for that we're indeed grateful. Franz has suggested The Springs Tavern in Beechboro for our meeting on Tuesday, May 10th.
You can check out an UrbanSpoon review of The Springs and find a map here.
The meeting time is 7pm and as usual, some will be early and some will be late, but as long as you're there, we're happy.

2011 April Club Meeting
Tonights AFARCC club meeting is being held at the CY O'Connor Pub.
The CYO is a fairly new pub, on Wharton Road, in Piara Waters. They have an extensive menu and Tuesday night is apparently 'Rib Night'. AFARCC members will start arriving around 7pm, and as usual with our club meetings, the official part of the meeting will take place over dinner.
